At Nature's Way, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the eco-friendly packaging provided with your order.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label from your email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a notification once your refund or exchange has been processed.
